*How to buy Microsoft Office:

The three most common ways to buy Microsoft software are:
  • In a box is best if you are buying less than five licenses. Your license is not tied to hardware and is delivered in a box with a CD. It is also known as FPP (Full Packaged Product).
  • With a PC is the cheapest option if you are purchasing with new hardware. Microsoft Office is pre-installed on the PC and can only be used with that PC. These PC?s are referred to Office Ready PCs. Your license may be referred to as a Medialess license kit (MLK) or as OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
  • Volume Licensing is best if you are purchasing more than five licences.
